Jeffrey Steinhart DC
With over 40 years of experience in San Diego, Dr. Steinhardt believes that effective recovery should fit your lifestyle. Specializing in complex areas like TMJ and Cranial Facial Release (CFR), he focuses on "orthopedically sound" rehabilitation—customized exercises you can do at home to regain your strength without needing a gym—for your neck, back and extremity complaints.
Dr. Steinhardt’s expertise is recognized at the highest levels of the state; he served as a member and Chairman of the Board of Chiropractic Examiners under two California governors.
